It contains all varieties intended to have the brilliant color and thick, sturdy leaf texture for a professional baby leaf mix. Please note that while all seed is untreated, the mix is not made with all organically grown seed. Our “High Test Blend” usually includes Oak Leaf, Tango, and Romaine types (1/3 red and 2/3 green) blended with baby leaf specific varieties. Cut leaves should have good shelf life.
