Impressive early growth makes it a strong recommendation when pushing the planting date on early acres with chilly soils. SW 8775, SW 8977 and SW 8977 Organic are being phased out to make room for this new genetic package. Only conventional and organic versions are available for now so no traits to protect against either herbicides or insects. Not recommended for corn on corn ground.
