A traditional favorite, this sweet Hungarian type produces fleshy thick walled fruit that are perfect for baking or roasting. The blocky, slightly elongated fruit shape makes it a great choice for stuffing as well.

The strong plants have short internodes, provide good fruit cover and have a notable yield potential. Yellow Sparkler performs well in low to mid-tech protected culture as well as in the open field.
