GC-301 Cabbage (Treated Seed)
Shop Seed →
This is the cabbage you will want to take home for dinner! Easy to grow, and clean, this medium-sized mostly flat cabbage is early maturing but holds well. Some flat cabbage does not fill out well, but GC 301 does while maintaining thin, even leaves. The flavor is outstanding and it is excellent for a lettuce substitute in salads, without the wilting. Heads are 7″ to 8″ across. It is very uniform maturing. It is the ideal size and weight for Asian markets.
