Multima is a semi-flat to flat cabbage with an outside diameter that varies by spacing. It can be harvested loose for salad or whole head of fermented cabbage. Leaves are medium-thin, crisp, mild, and sweet. If left to grow, it will become denser for slaw or stuffed cabbage. Â It has a large frame with waxy blue-green wrapper leaves.
