Red Meat is an open-pollinated radish. Ball-shaped root has red flesh, a green neck and white skin. Excellent quality, can be used for salads, cooking and pickling. Roots are 2.75 to 3.5 inches (7 to 9 centimeters) in diameter. Recommended harvest is fall to winter.
