Indian Doll is a deep orange-red companion to Porcelain Doll and Blue Doll. Fruit shape & color is attractive for stacking pumpkins and mixed bins. Distinctive square shoulders. Both edible and ornamental, Indian Doll is actually a squash that can be used much like a buttercup or a butternut.

Lemon Cake makes a perfect trio with Carrot Cake and Moon Cake ! Lemon Cake starts out butter yellow in color with the color deepening as it matures. Fruit is flat in shape.

Fruit is a lovely golden yellow color. Productive and uniform, fruit is very uniform and can readily bin as a stand alone item if desired. Handle quality is excellent.

Ornamental and edible, New England Cheddar produces tan fruit with light ribbing. Interior is dark colored, like a butternut, and can be used in the same way that butternuts are used in cooking. Tan color makes a nice addition to mixed bins.

Odette has an appearance reminiscent of heirloom-style fruit. A full-season variety in the butternut family, Odette is dark green as a fully-sized but immature fruit. The development of a mature tan color requires a long season.
