Rubybor Kale (Not Treated)
Shop Seed →
This outstanding kale has a uniquely deep purple-red color even while growing in warmer weather. It colors up early. It has closer internodes as compared to Sunbor or Redbor and so makes a sensational ornamental, as well as a garnish or vegetable. As a salad ingredient, the flavor is mild and the leaves tender. The plant is a bit shorter than Redbor, due to the short internodes, but yield is comparable and it can be stripped and will regrow. 2026 All-America Selections Gold Medal Winner.
