Processing Kraut Or Slaw

A healthy, clean and upright plant produces dense heads that are suitable for processing or fresh market. The flavor and internal quality are very good. Passat handles heat well and is widely adaptable. Good for mechanical harvest since it has a longer strong stem. It has the highest amount of vitamin C content of our processing cabbage. This helps keep the kraut white.

Not only is Report resistant to Clubroot (and White Rust), but it makes very large dense heads with excellent yield.

Vigorous, highest dry matter for kraut, slaw. Short-term storage if immature.

This is one of the cleanest, best yielding kraut varieties, available and can be machine cut. With medium-late maturity, it is best used where kraut cabbage grows well.
