SEEDWAY BREAKS GROUND, BUILDS FOR THE FUTURE

HALL, NY – SEEDWAY is proud to announce plans for a new corporate headquarters and state-of-the-art distribution center in Hall, New York. Scheduled for completion in approximately 16 months, the new facility represents a significant investment in the company’s future and its ongoing commitment to serving growers throughout the Northeast.

The new headquarters has been thoughtfully designed to enhance every aspect of SEEDWAY’s operations—from product storage and processing to employee collaboration and customer service. Once completed, the facility will improve efficiency, expand capacity, and position the company for continued growth for years to come.

“This project is an investment in our customers, our employees, and the future of SEEDWAY,” said John Bozeman, Chief Operating Officer of SEEDWAY. “As agriculture continues to evolve, we’re building a facility that allows us to better serve growers with greater efficiency, higher-quality products, and the exceptional service they expect from SEEDWAY.”

Upon completion, the new headquarters will provide several key benefits, including:
• Greater warehousing efficiency, ensuring more products are positioned where they’re needed to improve order fulfillment and provide timelier deliveries.
• Expanded warehouse capacity, allowing SEEDWAY to stock more inventory, improve product availability, and have products ready earlier in the season.
• Cleaner, modern storage environments that help preserve seed quality and ensure customers receive products in optimal condition.

• A modern office environment that provides employees with an improved workspace designed to encourage collaboration, productivity, and innovation.
• Enhanced safety features and infrastructure, reinforcing SEEDWAY’s commitment to providing a safe workplace for its employees.

The project is designed not only to meet today’s operational needs but also to support SEEDWAY’s long-term vision for growth, innovation, and customer service.

“This new headquarters will provide the foundation for the next generation of SEEDWAY,” Bozeman added. “By investing in modern facilities, advanced technology, and our people, we’re ensuring we remain the trusted seed partner our customers choose today and well into the future.”
