This fast growing white stemmed Pak Choi has unusually dark green glossy leaves, and makes a dense, heavy, erect head. The compact plant can be crowded, and still make a large head. It is slow bolting and uniform.
Emiko offers early maturity and a uniform, medium-sized head. The plant is very dark green and healthy, making it stand out in a crowd! It handles the weather and diseases with resistance to club root, soft rots, pepper spot, tip burn, and is slow bolting.
Dark-green wrappers showcase high quality, tall, oval heads, 3 – 6 lbs. Good for spring, summer and fall production. Resists headrot caused by soft rot bacteria. Uniform size and maturity and relatively slow-bolting. Resistant to Club Rood, Pepper Spot and tipburn.
This is not really a mizuna, but does have similarly shaped dandelion-like leaves. The flavor is wonderfully spicy mustard-y. It has a nearly solid, purple wine wine color that looks fabulous in a salad. Will generally make a nice 8″ plant before bolting.
Beautiful nearly solid purple-wine color with frilly leaves. Slow bolting. This is a hybrid but priced so that it can be used as baby leaf. Not a true mizuna, it has a delicious zingy mustard flavor, and is excellent to spice up salad.
